Here are some out takes from a shoot I just finished. I was photographing a new line of  limited edition frames for the eyewear brand  May Fourteenth. You can check out the  line here and see some more photos from the shoot here

I directed the photography for the new video for the b-side of Hanni El Khatib’s Dead Wrong 7” single. We shot the video in one night in SF, hanging out windows and running red lights as the director and I chased Hanni and his rambler.

New work featured in the July/August issue of Dwell. In late March I travelled to Salt Lake City to photograph the first LEED for Homes-rated house in Utah. It was a great day photographing the home and hanging with the Mooney family. The only thing that could have made it better is if I had hit the freshly powdered slopes a few miles down the road.

New work featured in the June issue of Dwell. This January I travelled throughout India for a month working on a personal project. (Check back soon, for an update) While there, I stopped in Mumbai for a couple of days and photographed the city, it’s people and some food (that was a first!) It was an amazing experience navigating the sprawling metropolis, by foot, cab, boat and train. I had only three days to shoot some 20 plus locations, so it was non stop from sunrise to sunset, schlepping cameras and tripod through hot and humid Mumbai. This was truly a dream assignment, a mind blowing city, wonderful people, great food and total creative freedom. I can’t wait to return. Thanks again Amy.

I recently updated the site with a new collection of images I shot in Dubai, late last year. I was in Dubai on assignment and had four days off to roam around town. After checking out all the tourist sites, malls with ski slopes, man made islands (named things like, Palms, Earth and Universe) and the worlds tallest building etc., I decided to focus on the outskirts of the sprawling city and the people that were building it. My first attempt at cinematography! I recently helped my good friend Nicolas Torres shoot a little promo piece for his new Iphone application Grillz. It was a total blast making the video and a great learning experience, we shot the video in just a couple of hours and improvised most of it. It’s really hard to have a bad time when Nathan Cozzolino is around, you can see another fine example of his acting skills here: Directed and shot by another good friend Bott Scarry.
